CRi conducts market research surveys using scientific methods.

CRi will not mislead you about the nature of the research or the use that will be made of the findings. All survey responses are confidential and anonymous. Information collected during the survey remains with Customer Relationship Index and is used only for demographic purposes or follow-ups to requests for information.

Opting Out
If you have received promotional material from CRi and want to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know by sending us an e-mail.

If you’re opting out of a mail campaign, please specify by providing us with the your name and postal code, as it appears on the mailing label. Your name will be removed from the list within 48 hours.

Collection of Personal Information
While using the CRi website, you may be required to complete forms that ask for personal and contact information. CRi promises that when you voluntarily provide personal information in response to a specific contest or product offering, we will use your information solely for this purpose. Information submitted voluntarily via forms or surveys will not be exchanged or sold to third parties.

Use of Information
CRi will not provide access to personal information to third parties not associated with CRi. CRi will not sell or rent or trade your personal information to any party. We do reserve the right to disclose such information in response to court and governmental orders, subpoenas, and otherwise as required by law.

Cookies
CRi may use cookies tied to personal information ("cookies" are small text files stored on your PC's hard disk and used for keeping track of settings or data for a particular website).

If you prefer not to receive cookies while using our website, you can set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, then refuse the cookie when your browser alerts you to its presence. You can also refuse all cookies by turning them off in your browser, although you may not be able to take full advantage of CRi’s website or surveys if you do so.
